The innovative, one-piece design combines a threaded nut that is precision machined from titanium with a built-in PEEK ferrule, providing the superior corrosion resistance and robustness of titanium with the sealing capability of PEEK material. These integrated fittings can be hand tightened to 18,000 psi (1250 bar) and are ideal for both HPLC and UHPLC connections. EXP2 TI-LOK AIO fittings feature a convenient, built-in driver that makes secure installations quick and easy. The unique geometric design, in which the fittings firmly press the tubing against the tube stop of any instrument port, reliably creates a zero-dead-volume (ZDV) connection. The ferrule does not permanently swage to the tubing, allowing for many repeat connections and the ability to adjust the tubing to different port depths. Compatible with PEEK, PEEKsil, Hastelloy C, stainless-steel, and fused silica tubing.
