 QuaCell® HEK293 CD Medium provides a rich environment for high density HEK293 cell growth. QuaCell® HEK293 CD Medium is a serum-free, animal component-free, chemically defined medium developed for HEK293 suspension culture for expression of antibodies and protein products. HEK293 suspension cultures can be subculture directly into QuaCell® HEK293 CD Medium from serum-supplemented or serum-free medium with little or no adaptation. QuaCell® HEK293 CD Medium is formulated without hypoxanthine, thymidine and L-glutamine, suitable for DHFR, glutamine synthetase (GS System) screening system.
