CTAGE1 is a gene on chromosome 18p11.2 that encodes cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen 1, which is expressed in about 35% of CTCL tumours, including cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. An important paralog of this gene is MIA2.
